Returns

Returns are accepted within 3 business days of delivery. Defective items must be documented and sent to support@gracedwithflair.com within 3 days of receipt. Defective items will be replaced if possible. If replacement is not possible a store credit will be issued for you. Returns cannot be accepted for sizing issues on custom products.  Please pay attention to recommended sizing. All exchanges must be on unworn, unwashed items. Customers are responsible for shipping fees to return. ALL SALE AND CLEARANCE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE, NO EXCEPTIONS


Shipping 
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 804 Southbound Dr, DeForest WI 53532, United States 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
